Healing & Wholeness Is Possible

Letitia Crumity is a Psalmist, poet, and multifaceted life coach whose words flow from a deep well of faith, healing, and personal transformation. Her debut collection, Emerge from the Vine, is a powerful collection of poetic psalms chronicling one woman’s sacred journey from trauma to transformation, woven with spiritual depth and raw vulnerability.

What began as personal journal entries became poetic expressions of truth and honest reflections crafted during moments when she felt unheard and unseen. Through faith and writing, she found her voice and purpose.

Letitia’s healing journey has taught her that restoration isn’t about returning to who you once were—it’s about becoming who God always intended you to be. Her poems serve as gentle companions for those walking through seasons of grief, trauma, or transition. With transparency and grace, she invites readers to see healing not as a destination, but as a lifestyle rooted in faith, surrender, and resilience.

Her writing is deeply influenced by her relationship with God and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. In her words, “Healing requires surrender,” and through every page she encourages others to trust God, seek truth, face discomfort, and speak life over themselves. Whether sitting in silence near a body of water or speaking at her birth mother’s homegoing service, Letitia found her voice through intimate moments with God and real-life experiences that shaped her into the powerful, soft-spoken truth-teller she is today.

A certified chronic pain support group facilitator through the American Chronic Pain Association and a trained life coach, Letitia is passionate about turning pain into purpose. She leads a healing support group for men, women, and young adults called TLC From Hurting to Healing Chronic Pain and plans to expand her writing into classes and ministry workshops focused on inner healing, especially for women navigating faith, pain, and growth.

Letitia is the proud mother of three strong, beautiful young women—Larkira, Latavia, and Lashaydra—who gave her strength when she had none left. She is also the joyful grandmother of Sarai Raine, whose future inspires Letitia’s every step. In her spare time, she finds peace in nature, explores parks and beaches, learns the art of gardening, and embraces restful days of silence to restore her spirit.
